Elizabeth of Links Research & Evaluation has founded and facilitated the following two networks: 

1. Consortium of Independent Consultants in Horn & East Africa (focusing on humanitarian and resilience research).

2. Humanitarian Womens Network in Kenya (a network of professional women working in or connected to the sector).

Links Research & Evaluation has worked with in partnership with consultant organisation MDF in D.R. Congo, on evaluations in Mauritania, Uganda, Tanzania and Sierra Leone. Focus areas have been the impact and quality of maternal & child health and nutrition programmes and health system strengthening. This included data collection with communities and partner organisations. 

We have worked with in partnership with consultants from CIRCLE Indonesia, on an evaluation of the humanitarian response to the 2018 earthquake and tsunami in Sulawesi, Indonesia. This included designing and facilitating workshops with a consortium of national and international NGOs, looking at the level of localisation of the response, as well as data collection with communities.  

Links Research & Evaluation has worked extensively in partnership with independent Consultant, Sanaa Qasmieh, based in Jordan. Research we have collaborated on includes;

- Evaluation of World Vision Irelands 'Irish Aid funded humanitarian programmes'.

- Evaluation for the Humanitarian Leadership Academy in the Syrian crisis response.

- Several assessments/information management projects for UNICEF, UNHCR and FCDO, also in the Syrian crisis response (as part of Impact Initiatives/ACTED).
